Detailed Product Description
1 Normal shoe-head pre-moulding is moulded into stitch down shoes.
2 Hot mold of the machine with a steam system, vamps heating process more flexible and gloss.
3 Adopting environmentally-friendly Frozen system, the cooling speed and effectiveness, refrigeration temperature -30
4 Its suitable for moulding of toe puffs made of different materials.
5 For hot moulding , the up and down moulds can be heated simultaneously to soften vamp for better jointing.
6 The last toe is made of Tflon band based on that offered by customers with a high precision.
7 After moulding , the liner , rubber sheet and vamp are closely jointed without wrinkle, deformation and bubbling . shoe machine
